Built-in consent management, processing audit log, on-request data export, configurable retention per data category.
EU Omnibus Directive
Compliant with EU Directive 2019/2161 (art. 6a Dir. 98/6/EC), transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree 26/2023 (art. 17-bis Consumer Code): automatic price history tracking per product, with the 30-day lowest price available via API and shown at checkout.
Withdrawal button (art. 54-bis, Italian Consumer Code)
Compliant with Legislative Decree 209/2025 (transposing EU Directive 2023/2673), in force since 19 June 2026: the withdrawal/return function is already a clearly visible button in the interface, with a pre-filled form, an automatic timestamped receipt and double confirmation. Ready out of the box on B2C stores, no plugin or development.
VAT verification via VIES
Real-time validation of EU VAT numbers on first B2B login, with configurable cache and manual fallback for edge cases.
AES-256 encryption
Data at rest encrypted with AES-256, in-transit TLS 1.3. Keys managed via KMS with automatic rotation.
