Product change history (PRODUCT_CHANGE_LOG)
When you change a product's price, update the description or modify a variant, Veendo automatically records: which field changed, what type of change it was (cost, default_price, list_price per price list), what the value was before and after, and the source of the change (manual, API, import, ERP sync).
Everything is persistent and immutable — it doesn't get deleted or retroactively modified. Useful for GDPR audits, for EU Omnibus price directive compliance, and for tracking data drift.

Product Price History and Omnibus compliance
The EU Omnibus Directive requires that the lowest price of the last 30 days be visible at checkout. Veendo tracks everything automatically — there's nothing for you to do on the admin side. The dashboard shows a graphical history of all 30-day changes, and the system automatically calculates the minimum price at checkout.

Extended audit log via Sentry
Beyond product change tracking, Veendo captures a complete application-level audit log. Every action — order creation, quote modification, document approval, cancellation, anything — flows through Sentry and is recorded with stack trace, user context, timestamp and session ID.
It's the audit trail you need to investigate anomalies, meet regulatory requirements, and reconstruct what happened when.
