Document sharing with access control
Create a Data Room and upload documents you want to share: confidential price lists, technical catalogs, contracts, NDAs. Choose whether to share via public link or only to customers logged into the B2B portal.
Each document has an expiry date: the access link works until a certain date, then expires. You can protect the link with dynamic password — changes every time you generate the link. The customer gets email with the one-time password, uses it once, and the system logs the access.

Immutable access log
Every access attempt, every download, every signature is recorded with timestamp and IP. The log cannot be altered — it's a permanent audit trail.
You know exactly who viewed which document, when, from which IP address. If you need to prove your NDA was seen by the customer, the immutable log is the proof. Perfect for legal compliance, dispute proceedings, contract traceability.
Logs are encrypted and archived on AWS S3 with per-tenant isolation: no cross-access between different customers.
Simple electronic signature (SES) built in
Instead of printing the document, waiting for physical signature and scanning, integrate digital signature into the Data Room. The customer gets email with document link, clicks "Sign", receives OTP email, signs, and the document is subscribed.
Veendo generates a digitally signed PDF with timestamp certificate. The customer receives a copy via email. The original document stays in the archive with complete metadata: signature, time, IP, unique transaction ID.

Data collection and lead generation
Before allowing download, you can require the customer to fill a form: name, company, email, phone, title. Veendo collects the data and exports it to CSV.
Perfect for turning curious visitors into qualified contacts. Customer downloads the price list, you get their phone number. You can then use the data for sales follow-up, GDPR-compliant — consent is requested in the form.

Data Room management from console
From the Veendo console, you create, modify and delete Data Rooms in seconds. No third-party interface. Documents are uploaded directly to your Veendo space, archived on AWS S3 with AES-256 encryption.
You can organize documents in logical folders, add notes visible only after login, manage mass distribution to customer groups. Permissions follow the same scheme as user groups: per-customer, per-group, global access.
